3. Consultation Bookings & Appointments

All consultations are booked through our Calendly scheduling system. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information during the consultation
• You will arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• RNA Tax Advisory reserves the right to reschedule appointments as needed with reasonable notice
• No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any paid consultation fees

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for all services will be clearly communicated prior to engagement. By agreeing to engage RNA Tax Advisory's paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all agreed-upon fees in full before or at the time services are rendered
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
• RNA Tax Advisory reserves the right to update pricing at any time with reasonable notice
